OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to ingoing nip hazards: a) Veneer Mill - Conveyor to the chipper; On or about January 30, 2018 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to ingoing nip hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around an unguarded conveyor belt where it wraps around a conveyor pulley creating an ingoing nip point.
