29 CFR 1926.502(b)(3): Guardrail systems were not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds (890 N) applied within 2 inches (5.1 cm) of the top edge, in any outward or downward direction, at any point along the top edge: (a) Jobsite, 1028 Blackthorne Drive, Jeanette, PA 15644: On or about January 31st, 2018, employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet due to the wire rope guardrails around the elevator shaft inside the building were sagging with greater than 2" of deflection.
