29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) On or about January 24, 2018 an employee working on the door prep line was using a Kval model 979 double miter trim saw to cut material. The backside of the saw was not guarded. The employee was exposed to an amputation hazard by the saw blade when using his hands to reach into the back side of the energized machine to remove material.
