Perry Trust., on or about October 2, 2017, the employer did not notify Perry Pro Tech, Inc., of the presents of asbestos in the building. Employees, working in the basement, were conducing class III asbestos work while running new cables above a dropped celling. Exposure to asbestos can cause a variety of serious health effects including asbestosis, mesothelioma and lung cancer.
