29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest: On or about 31 January, 2018, at the above addressed job site, seven employees were installing Thermoplastic Polyolefin paper on a roof of an existing building without the use of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 14 feet. The West Coast Florida Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982769, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/30/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 800 Laurel Oak Dr. Naples, FL, 34108.
