29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: A) North east side of sanctuary roof, on or about January 31, 2018, employee were working on a 12 in 12 pitch roof that had a parapet wall that was only 18 inches high, exposing employees to a fall hazard of over 30 feet.
