29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: (a) Employee(s) engaged in working at a loading dock where damaged electrical box mounted at the center column between dock doors #26 and #67 at 615 Miami Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas had exposed internal wiring to 208Y/120 volts due to the left side of the box having a 2-1/2 inch opening. (b) Employee(s) engaged in working at a loading dock where a damaged electrical box mounted at the center column between dock doors #26 and #67 at 615 Miami Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas had exposed internal wiring energized to 208Y/120 volts due to a 1 inch opening between the electrical box and the top electrical panel guard. (c) Employee(s) engaged in working at a loading dock where an electrical box mounted at the center column between dock doors #3 and #18 at 615 Miami Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas had exposed internal wiring energized to 208Y/120 volts due to a 1 inch by 3 inch opening inside the electrical box not being guarded. The Central Transport was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1226285, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 18, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 6965 Chrisphalt Drive, Bath, Pennsylvania.
