29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. A. At the commercial construction site located at 9500 NW Polo Drive in Kansas City, Missouri 64153: Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard as they worked at the edge of a roof surface approximately 10 feet from the ground below. Employees were standing on the roof attached to the main building. B. At the commercial construction site located at 9500 NW Polo Drive in Kansas City, Missouri 64153: Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard as they worked at the edge of a roof surface approximately 11 feet from the ground below. Employees were standing on the roof of the trash bin building.
