29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer did not certify that employee training had been accomplished and kept up to date: a. 1655 West Broad Street, Athens, GA (Laundry Facility) -The employees (maintenance) were exposed to sudden energization or start-up of multi-energy source machines. Employees perform servicing and maintenance activities such as installing, setting up, adjusting, inspecting, cleaning, maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of machines and equipment, such as folder, stacker, ironer, spreader, washer and dryer machines. A certification record of employee/maintenance training containing each employee name and date of training was not available and/or not being documented, on or about 02/02/18.
