29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1):   Construction areas shall be posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard:    a) Jobsite located in the roadway approximately at the intersection of Broad and Sansom Street: The employer did not ensure that employees working in the roadway had adequate signage to alert oncoming traffic through Sansom Street of upcoming construction; thus exposing employees to struck by hazards.     This condition was observed/noted on or about 29 Jan 2018.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    a) The Roadway located approximately at the intersection of Broad and Sansom Street in Philadelphia PA: Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area, such as, but not limited to respirable silica dust.  Employees were working in an area where concrete sidewalk cutting operations were conducted.    This condition was noted/observed on/about January 29, 2018.
