The employees were not wearing personal fall arrest system and had no other type of fall protection system provided. Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Rasar Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1257012, citation number 1, item number 2c, and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2017 with a final abatement date of November 24, 2017, with respect to a workplace hazard at 1735 E. 31st Street S., Tulsa, OK 74110, in OSHA inspection number 1248267, citation number 1, item 1a, and was affirmed as final order on October 26, 2017with a final abatement date of October 13, 2017, with respect to a workplace hazard 14615 E 122nd Place, Owasso, OK 74055, and in OSHA inspection number 1246130, citation 1, item 1a, was affirmed as final order on October 26, 2017 with a final abatement date of October 16, 2017, with respect to a workplace hazard 11314 N 147th East Ave., Owasso, OK 74055.
