29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Class I flammable liquid(s) were dispensed into containers, vehicles, and equipment without electrically interconnecting the nozzle and the container, vehicles, or equipment: On or about January 31, 2018, and at times prior thereto, in the paint areas flammable liquid having flash point of -2 degrees C (28 degree F) was dispensed into a smaller container without being effectively grounded and bonded to electrically interconnect the containers to prevent static discharge during dispensing operation exposing employees to a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.107(c)(6): Electrical wiring, motors, and other equipment outside of but within twenty (20) feet of any spray area, and not separated therefrom by partitions, produced sparks under normal operating conditions and did not otherwise conform to the provisions of subpart S of this part for Class I, Division 2 Hazardous Locations: On or about January 31, 2018, and at times prior thereto, in the paint areas electrical outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures observed approximately 15 feet from spraying area were not the type approved for Class I, Division 2, hazardous locations. Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
