29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about February 02, 2018, at the job site located at 284 Wrangler Ave. Forney, TX, at least one (1) employee was working from the ground throwing various pieces of plywood to employees at the top level. The employee did not have on a hard hat and was exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists.
