29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7): At this establishment, the employer had not provided training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices was acquired by the employees: At the jobsite, the employer did not provide training to their employees to ensure they were familiar with the lockout/tagout application when operating and servicing equipment, such as but not limited to the Loren Cook Exhaust Fan, model number 245ACED, exposing employees to the hazard of being caught in the equipment.
