29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: Hydraulic oil an die release spray was present on the die cast floor in several areas resulting in a slip hazard to the employees operating the machines; employees were observed walking on the oil covered floors. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
