Equipment with defective procedures included, but was not limited to, 1000 ton Ajax press, 1600 Ton press, 100 ton Erie press, 200 ton Niagara press, Niagara trim press, 500 Hill Acme shear, 1000 Advance Shear and Kaeser compressor.
