29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v):  (a) On or about January 31, 2018, and at times prior, Lubricar, Inc. dba/Jiffy Lube, did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by the standard. Employees were exposed to contact with chemicals hazards in that a 5-gal container with Mighty Clean Super Concentrate used as a surface degreaser was not labeled. The chemical composition of Mighty Clean Super Concentrate is a trade secret and is classified as an eye/skin irritant.        Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.   Lubricar Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1132009, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 31, 2016 , with respect to a workplace located at 21558 Hwy 160, Durango, CO 81301.
