29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about January 30, 2018, and at times prior, the controlling contractor, Homes By Creekstone Builders, LLC, did not ensure Ruben Construction LLC, Blue Sky Construction and other subcontractors, protected their employees from construction hazards including, but not limited to falling and struck-by, in that their accident prevention program did not include frequent site inspections to prevent persistent and reoccurring hazards.
