OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm due to a struck by of a pressurized hose:  a) Water Tank : An employe was exposed to struck by hazards. On 11/08/2017 an employee was struck by pressurized hoses while donning protective gear prior to the start of sandblasting.
