29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.    a) Worksite, Used Car Make Ready Department: Emergency eyewash was not provided for employees exposed to corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to battery acid; on or about 2/6/2018.    NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
