29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: (a) Smoke 911, just outside the restroom- On or about February 6, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fire hazard, in that an inspection of the fire extinguisher in the store had been conducted in October 2016 and the fire extinguisher had not been inspected since.
