On or about 2/5/2018, at southwest corner of the shop area of BC Direct Corp DBA Robotray, located at 15625 NW 15th Ave, Miami, FL 33169.  Two argon cylinders were not secured to prevent them for being knocked over, exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards.      b. On or about 2/5/2018, at the south of the shop area of BC Direct Corp DBA Robotray, located at 15625 NW 15th Ave, Miami, FL 33169. Two nitrogen cylinders were not secured to prevent them for being knocked over, exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards.      c. On or about 2/5/2018, at the northwest corner of the shop area of BC Direct Corp DBA Robotray, located at 15625 NW 15th Ave, Miami, FL 33169. An argon cylinder, allegedly empty, was not secured for prevent it from being knocked over which exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
