29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): The employer's written Hazard Communication Program did not address methods the employer would use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks: MARINE THEATER On, or about, February 6, 2018, the employer failed to inform employees of dust hazards associated with construction activities, such as, but not limited to silica dust generated during concrete cutting and sand blasting operations.
