Hauppauge NY - Boxes of product, including but not limited to fabric softener, were stacked uneven throughout the warehouse, on or about 2/6/18. Locations - Throughout the center of the warehouse. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
