29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects.  On 2/6/18, at the Primrose Creek subdivision, located at Primrose Park Rd., Lot 177, Sugar Hill, GA 30518, employees using pneumatic nail guns were not required to use eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On 02/06/2018, at the Primrose Creek subdivision, located at Primrose Park Rd., Lot 177, Sugar Hill, GA 30518 employees were exposed to fall hazards when the employer failed to provide training to the employees on fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).    On 02/06/2018, at the Primrose Creek subdivision, located at Primrose Park Rd., Lot 177, Sugar Hill, GA 30518 employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet when employees were performing framing work without fall protection systems:  a) at the back of the home exposed to 10 ft. falls when using nail gun b) at the unprotected opening for stairwell exposed to 10 ft. falls  Victorino Licona-Solano was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1043574, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/8/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Berkley Hills Estates Subdivision, Lot #27, Duluth, GA 30096.
