29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:   a)  In the Barn Painting Area - On or about February 6, 2018, the employer required the use of a 3M tight-fitting half-face respirator with organic vapor cartridges and N95 dust pre-filters, and had not implemented a written respiratory protection program.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    a)  At the Establishment - On or about February 6, 2018, the employer had not developed a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to: wood dust and titanium dioxide.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
