29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) on or about 2/6/18, 9002 - 9008 Iron Oak Ave., Tampa, FL - 8 employees were exposed to a fall of 8 feet while engaged in roofing activates. b) on or about 5/8/18 at approximately 6:30pm and 5/9/18 at approximately 9:30am and 6:30pm - 9084 Iron Oak Ave., Tampa, FL - an employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 18 foot fall while installing roofing shingles. c) on or about 5/9/18, 9064 Iron Oak Ave., Tampa, FL - 2 employees were exposed to a fall of 8 feet while engaged in roofing activates.
