29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) On or about February 7, 2018, and at times prior thereto, in the mechanic shop, a gas leak from the gas pipeline on the ceiling in close proximity to overhead garage door was identified/detected, exposing employees to the potential hazards of a nature gas explosion and fire.
