29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Garage Area: An employee is required to use a corrosive chemical, Zep-A-Lume, to clean various components of vehicles, including, but not limited to, stainless steel muffler, fuel tank and steps. The employer did not furnish the workplace with an eyewash station, thus exposing employees to irreversible eye damage, on or about 2/8/18.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Garage Area: Employees are required to use various chemicals, including, but not limited to, Zep-A-Lume, synthetic engine oil, automatic transmission fluid, brake cleaner, and antifreeze/coolant. The employer did not ensure that employees were trained on the hazards associated with working with hazardous chemicals, on or about 2/28/18.
