29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) As occurring on or about 1/30/2018, the drains in the restaurant became clogged with sewage resulting in the release of sewage and sewer water into the working area. Employees walked through sewage and cleaned sewage without personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to, protective rubber boots, gloves, aprons, and face protection.
