29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about February 8, 2018 and at times prior to, employees were observed walking/working on the roof of a new building under construction putting up frame. The employees were not fall protected, exposing them to fall hazards from about 22 feet to the ground below.
