29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(a): Point of operation guard(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not prevent entry of hands or fingers into the point of operation by reaching through, over, under or around the guard(s):     a.  On or about February 8, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, the safety sensors on the Rousselle power presses (which activates the point of operation slide guard that covers the press ram not in operation) was not functioning, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with amputations.
