29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(9)(viii)(A): The employer did not ensure that each employee was informed of the methods of recognizing asbestos, including the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(1) to presume that certain building materials contain asbestos: a) The Children's Service Center, employees who performed work tasks that had the potential to disturb asbestos containing materials during the installation of building wiring and components, were not trained in the methods of recognizing asbestos containing materials and that thermal system insulation and surfacing materials in buildings built before 1980 are presumed to contain asbestos, February 6, 2018. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(9)(viii)(D): The employer did not ensure that each employee was informed of the nature of operations that could result in exposure to asbestos, the importance of necessary protective controls to minimize exposure including, as applicable, engineering controls, work practices, respirators, housekeeping procedures, hygiene facilities, protective clothing, decontamination procedures, emergency procedures, and waste disposal procedures, and any necessary instruction in the use of theses controls and procedures; where Class III or IV work will be performed, the contents of EPA 20T-2003, Managing Asbestos In-Place" July 1990 or its equivalent in content": a) The Children's Service Center, employees who performed work tasks that had the potential to disturb asbestos containing materials during the installation of building wiring and components, were not trained in the nature of operations that could result in exposure to asbestos, and the importance of necessary protective controls to minimize exposure, February 6, 2018. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
