29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: a) Roof - On or about February 8, 2018, employees were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns to install roof sheathing on a residential home, thus exposing employees to possible eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Roof - On or about February 8, 2018, employees installing roof trusses on a two-story residence were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 15 feet onto earthen and concrete ground because the workers were not fall protected. Diego Briceno was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1053211, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 22 Telford, Lot 210, Pooler, GA 31322.
