Bar Line Area - On or about January 9, 2018, an employee received a serious finger injury as a result of operating the JF-2000 automatic tape dispenser machine which was not adequately guarded.

29 CFR 1910.145(e)(2): The wording of signs was not easily read and concise. The sign did not contain sufficient information which was easily understood: a. Bar Line Area - On or about January 9, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that the employee assigned to operate the JF-2000 automatic tape dispensing machine was able to understand the warning directions of the machine prior to allowing the work to begin.
