29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 42 & 44 Broadway, Lakewood NJ: Employees, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 23 feet to the ground surface below when performing siding installation, pump jack post erection, and other related activities from a pitch roof of a residential structure. Condition observed on or about 02/05/18.
