29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Genie Aerial Boom Lift (Model Z-30/20N): On or about February 09, 2018, and at times prior; the employer allowed employees to work from an elevated aerial lift basket performing painting activities on exterior wall panels without fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to 15 feet to concrete ground below.
