29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: 199 Industrial Blvd, Turners Falls, MA On February 5, 2018 and at times prior, employees set up and replaced sanding belts on machines without utilizing the energy control procedures that required isolating and locking out of energy sources. On February 5, 2018, an employee received a fingertip amputation injury while making adjustments to a Schmidt Roll Marker Machine that was not locked out.
