(b) 44 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, Unit 9 - On or about 11/30/2017, an unprotected stairway opening exposed subcontractor's employees performing work on the 5th floor to a fall hazard of approximately 24 ft. (c) 44 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, Unit 7 - On or about 11/30/2017, an unprotected floor opening exposed subcontractor's employees performing work on the 1st floor concrete parking to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet. (d) 44 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, Unit 6 - On or about 11/30/2017, an unprotected floor opening exposed subcontractor's employees performing work on the 1st floor concrete parking to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet.
