29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): (3) Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. On or about February 12, 2018, employees were exposed to a slipping hazard. 1. on the workroom floor in the bar straightening area there were two instances of accumulated hydraulic fluid. 2. Around the perimeter of the Savage Straightening Press there was accumulated hydraulic fluid.
