29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(7)(iv): The employer did not train employees who performed housekeeping operations in areas containing asbestos-containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos-containing material (PACM) at least once a year: a) 439 Market Street, Sunbury, PA: Employees that performed housekeeping/maintenance activities in areas that contained PACM/ACM were not provided with asbestos awareness training, as discovered on or about 02/21/2018. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED ABATEMENT NOTE: The annual training shall include: health effects of asbestos, locations of ACM and PACM in the building/facility, recognition of ACM and PACM damage and deterioration, requirements in this standard relating to housekeeping, and proper response to fiber release episodes, to all employees who perform housekeeping work in areas where ACM and/or PACM is present.
