29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:   a) Worksite located at 60 Beaverbrook Rd, Lincoln Park, NJ  The employer did not provide abatement certification and documentation for inspection number 1294161 Citation 1, Item 1 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(1) which was issued on 02/15/2018.  The citation was received by the employer on 02/21/2018.  Violation occurred on or about 03/18/2018.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Worksite located at 60 Beaverbrook Rd, Lincoln Park, NJ  Employees performing roofing activities on the awning were not protected from falling 10 ft to the ground by guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.  Violation observed on or about 02/09/2018.  Tamco Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1281180, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/10/2018 with respect to a workplace located at 60 Beaverbrook Rd, Lincoln Park, NJ.
