29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on a working/walking surface was not protected from falling through holes( including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: On or about February 6, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a rooftop next to a skylight and were not protected from fall over 6 feet.
