29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about February 12, 2018, an employee working from an aerial lift was not protected from a fall, exposing the employee to a fall of over 25 feet. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
