29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i. Crowley Dock, C/P Arctic Storm, Fish Meal Processing Room: On or about 06 February 2018 and times prior thereto, an air nozzle used by employees did not have 30 P.S.I reducing devices. Shop air tested was over 80 p.s.i. This exposed employees to air embolism/laceration hazards if they contacted the discharge to their skin
