OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) 1619 East Moyamensing Avenue behind Abigail Vare School- On or about 6 FEB 2018. The employer failed to ensure spring clips are properly installed into the couplings with lever closure of the boom of a Putzmeister concrete pump. An employee was truck by a 4inch rubber concrete hose that separated from a boom during concrete pumping activities.
