Any deficiencies such as listed were not carefully examined and a determination was not made as to whether they constituted a safety hazard:  a) Throughout facility: The latch on a hook on a Nuova Copma truck mounted crane, serial number 11678, was broken and did not close and was not taken out of service or repaired, on or about 2/12/18.  b) Throughout facility: The hook on a Jabco truck mounted crane, model V705 3S serial number 13365, was missing a latch and was not taken out of service or repaired, on or about 2/12/18.  c) Throughout facility: The hook on a Hiab-Foco truck mounted crane, serial number 2201, was missing a latch and was not taken out of service or repaired, on or about 2/12/18.
