29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 2/12/18 at a new home project located at 41 Marina Drive, Dewittville, New York; employees were placing shingles on the roof of a two story house. The roof had a 5 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 16 - 18 feet. There was no fall protection in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
