29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(ii): The contract employer did not assure that each contract employee was instructed in the known fire, explosion, or toxic release hazards related to his/her job and the process, and the applicable provisions of the emergency action plan. (a) 1501 Willow Street, Lebanon Pennsylvania - The employer did not ensure that employees were instructed in the applicable provisions of the host's emergency action plan, on or about February 13, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
