Standing urine and old fecal matter were observed inside the toilet bowl and on toilet bowl seat; on or about 2/13/18. b) Worksite, Office Department: Women bathroom was kept in an unsanitary condition. Standing urine and old fecal matter were observed inside the toilet bowl and on toilet bowl seat; on or about 2/13/18. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
